The fight is happening Friday, January 17th, at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma. Jose shares the weight he is fighting at, things he has done to shed a few pounds before a fight, and the TV/Movie fights that he feels aren’t anywhere near reality. He talks about the training he does a week before the fight, what a typical training day is, and learning to listen to his body.

37:15 – Jose talks about his process post fight, the support he gets from the Emerald Queen Casino, and he answers the question on if he could fight any historical fighter who it would be. He shares who his current favorite fighter is, the type of mentality that fighters have, and Scott talks about who owns the BMF belt. The show comes to a close with the guys doing a throwback to what happened a year ago, the same week that they recorded in 2019.

Thanks Jose for stopping by to talk fighting and the path you have taken to get where you are!
